New Graduate/Second New Graduate Recruitment Guidelines

Message From Young Employee

Reason for choosing STAR SE

I liked the fact that the in-house training system is complete and that I can receive training after joining the company and be assigned to the System Development Division or the Infrastructure Solutions Division according to my skills. Also, when I talked to the president, the atmosphere was good.

Impression of the company after joining the company

I have the impression that I can work on my work without feeling uneasy. He had never been involved in the IT field during his student days, so when he was assigned to the system development department, he was quite uneasy. However, the seniors around me kindly taught me knowledge and technical terms, so I felt that I could work freely.

What kind of people do you want to work with

He is a person who is interested in anything and is active. Even if it is work that is not in your charge, you can take an interest in it and use it as experience in your work. I would like to work with such a person, and I think that he is a person who can play an active role in the future.

Easy working environment even for inexperienced people

If you're thinking, "I want to work as an SE, but I'm inexperienced," take the courage to take the first step. STAR SE is a company where even inexperienced people can easily work and grow. Let's help each other and grow together.

I'm working on

In the development of internal systems, we mainly use languages such as JAVA and PHP to create web screens and conduct tests. We carry out detailed design, implementation and testing. Recently, I've been using javascript and css to create moving screens.

What is STAR SE?

No matter what happens, "I will do it immediately, I will do it, I will do it until I can".
