DX Policies

Today, the environment surrounding the world is undergoing major and rapid changes due to digitalization.
As a result, customer needs are also changing. Among them, what we want to focus on is the shortage of IT engineers who can realize DX.

Therefore, we will focus on recruiting and training excellent IT engineers, and aim to be a company that can provide solutions that draw out customer needs and further increase added value.

For that reason, we will take on challenges in fields such as data analysis and artificial intelligence (AI), and develop human resources by working on system development using new development methods such as agile and low-code development.

  • 1.We will accurately grasp customer needs and develop and provide DX solutions that meet those needs.

  • 2.We will provide educational support for learning and acquiring the latest digitalization technology for in-house engineers, management, and sales.

  • 3.Regarding the internal environment, we aim to be a model company as a DX support company by improving the digital development environment as much as possible, such as promoting remote development, web conferencing, and development on AWS.
