Purpose of using personal information acquired by other methods than direct writing
Regarding the handling of acquired personal information, we will announce it as follows in accordance with Sections J.8.4 and J.10.3 of "Privacy Mark Personal Information Protection Management System Construction and Operation Guidelines" (JIPDEC).

The authorized personal information protection organizations that our company is a member of are listed in【III】.
Please contact the personal information protection manager in Section 2 above in case of disclosure regarding the handling of retained personal data (notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension/deletion of use, or suspension of provision to third parties) or requests for disclosure of records provided to third parties. We will explain the billing procedure.
The Company takes the following measures for safe management of retained personal data.
①Development of regulations related to the handling of personal data
We have established internal regulations for handling procedures when acquiring, using, and storing personal data.
②Systematic security control measures
In addition to appointing a person in charge of the handling of personal data in each department, we have established a system in which the person in charge confirms that employees handle personal data according to the handling method established through self-checks and internal audits.
③Personnel security control measures
All employees are required to submit a pledge that includes compliance with internal regulations, and annual training is provided on procedures for handling personal data and information security considerations.
④Physical security measures
We have taken measures to lock our offices and confidential areas, and to prevent theft or loss of equipment, electronic media, documents, etc. that handle personal data.
⑤Technical safety control measures
We clarify the equipment that can handle personal data and the employees who handle such equipment, and prevent unnecessary or unauthorized access to personal data.
⑥Supervision of subcontractors
We evaluate contractors entrusted with personal data on an annual basis or as needed to confirm that they are taking security control measures that exceed our level.
